Thread: Log to Nationals Show

I entered my first bodybuilding show June 15th as a last second decision. It was something I've always thought about doing, but not really committed myself to although I eat relatively clean all year around anyway. I chose one of my best friends to coach me as he has done this for about a decade and had some very well known coaches himself. I prepped for 10 weeks and low and behold I won the classic bodybuilding class and took the overall. Now, before the show I was telling everyone this was a one and done deal, but apparently I was wrong. I'm going to the National show October 6th and I'll be competing for my pro card. Below are pics before prep started and pics from the show. I'll add more show pics when I get the files this week. Anyways this is my log for the Nationals show and I'll add to it probably weekly.

I really appreciate that! I'm hoping I can come in 5-10 lbs heavier and just as lean. We'll see.

Everyone always saying it’s gonna be one show and done and before they know it they’re hooked lol me included
