      DO NOT drink zero calorie sodas! The aspartame will fxxk you up! Look up "aspartame poisoning"... Why are you running deca ew? Esp at 500... Thats a great way to have a terrible experience.

      All diet sodas have it... Its now under diff names to decieve the consumer. Sugar isnt going to hurt you, esp a soda if you must drink it. Sugar burns of fast. Most fat gain is from preservatives which shut down your bodies natural mechanisms for processing food.
      Ditch the deca and run low dose tren ace for the fat loss. 75-100 eod.

      Gainzbruh has a full program including abs. I didn’t do his cycle because he didn’t ask. Just workout and nutrition. He just realized that his sets and reps that I designed for him were a lot higher yesterday. He has a lot of cardio as well. He’s just starting so follow and feel free to give him cycling tips!

      Standing dumbbell curls 4x12 30lbs
      21’s Standing ez curl bar 4x12 50lbs
      cable curls(straight bar) 4x12 47lbs
      concentration curls 4x12 25lbs


      Rear delts
      *******
      Standing overhead Olympic barbell military presses 4x12 50lbs
      bent over laterals 4x12 25lbs
      cable rear laterals 4x12 10lbs

      Felt exhausted after doing half the exercises. Lowered some of the weight so I could get it done.
      Squeezed everything I could to get as much possible. Also I walk to the gym and back with a total of 4 miles.

      I have some orange juice I drink right after a workout. Waiting for some Tren Ace to come in the mail and I will switch to that. The diet soda is only once in a while if I get any big craving it seems to calm me down. Trying to be careful with how many calories I take in and make it consistent. I'll switch out the diet soda with diet soda made only with stevia.
