      Wide grip pull-ups 8x6 (215-80) = 135lbs
      underhand chinups 8x6 (215-80) = 135lbs
      cable rows 4x12 120lbs
      close grip pull downs 4x12 120lbs


      Biceps
      *******
      Standing dumbbell curls 4x12 35lbs
      21’s Standing ez curl bar 4x21 40lbs
      cable curls(straight bar) 4x12 47lbs
      concentration curls 4x12 25lbs


      Rear delts
      *******
      Standing overhead Olympic barbell military presses 4x12 50lbs
      bent over laterals 4x12 20lbs
      cable rear laterals 4x12 15lbs

      Walked 4 miles total.

      Weight is still at 215lbs, no change in weight. I don't see it as good or bad I just go by what I see in the mirror.
      Started feeling fatigued by the time I get to Friday. Just squeezing out everything I can for every rep at this point.

      Two weeks down. I’m proud of you and remember, the first 3-4 weeks are prepping your body for growth. It will be interesting to see the changes in 5 more weeks. Keep your protein high and be vigilant with your workouts and diet. Keep it up!

      Prepped all 15lbs of chicken today for the week. Also started Anadrol (150mg/day) because I think my Superdrol isn't doing anything. I might buy a roidtest kit for the Superdrol.
