      Even though it’s sustanon and I guess he’s only pinning 1 time a week 500 mg his numbers look low to me

      Seated barbell press Behind neck, 4x12 50lb
      Arnold Presses, 8x6 30lb dumbbells
      Dumbbell Side Laterals, 4x12 20lb
      Cable Side Laterals. 4x12 15lb


      45 min stairmaster 550 calories

      2 cups cottage cheese (52g protein), small bag of potato chips
      1 sushi roll
      2 fried chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries

      Got home late, I wanted to cook but I need to sleep.

      I haven't read through all the pages quite yet but you will have better test levels if you pinned more frequently, i.e. E3D. Is there a reason for such a high ADROL dose? Your lipids are trashed due to the adrol and tren if you're still taking both. For your health I'd suggest cutting both of these at least by half.

      Let me make a recommendation for you and please don’t take it the wrong way you need to stop all these hard compounds and for god sake do not start messing with thyroid hormones you have no idea what you are doing. For example your diet is horrible not good at all. You need to learn how to eat and workout first then come back and try a cycle. Even if I didn’t see your pictures your numbers your putting up as for weight shows your not anywhere you should be especially to be taking tren like that. You are seriously gonna cause yourself bodily harm. Do what you want cause you will anyway.

      I just read where you are trying to figure out your labs and trying to figure what else you need to take please for the sake of god stop what you are doing you are not pre diabetic or any of that. Brother I am being honest with you you need to stop I have been in the medical field now for 15 years and I know what I am talking about you need to get your diet right and learn how to work out properly. You are gonna end up causing yourself a great deal of harm all you keep doing is changing out drugs or adding them it’s not going to change anything.
