Decided to start a thread to be more active here. I’ll be stepping on stage for my first time in 2 weeks after a short prep. I did 2 PL meets this year just for fun and after my last one I decided to give BB a try and found a show that was 10 weeks out so decided to go right into it . Doing classic and regular physique this time. Started at 218 fat AF and with the help of my coach have gotten down to 200.6 this morning which is the lowest I’ve been in over two years but held on pretty good size luckily. will also be doing another showe Dec 14th to give myself another 6 weeks of prep after this show and will hopefully actually have a chance of a good placing.

300 pro 10-15 carbs 75-90 fats weeks 5-3
and now carb cycling kind of - 4 days out the week I’m doing 300/50/45 2 cardio only days 300/10/50 and leg day 225/200/25
