How did you get 4x12 reps out the 21’s? Do you know how to perform 21’s?

Felt really exhausted but took a 1 minute or 2 minute break after each set. It was also 50lbs total. Put two 25s on each side.
Went on youtube while at the gym and watched a quick vid like this YouTube to figure out how to do it.

Have you cycled test with Deca before?
If its your first cycle i would just run test
If you are going to run Deca i would run test higher than Deca
Dont want Deca Dick

First time running Deca. I will be stopping Deca and replacing with Tren Ace soon. I have caber in case of anything (for Tren or Deca). I heard caber stops Deca dick as well.

Prepped some chicken for this week. Feel like the Superdrol might be kicking in, I feel different. Might save up and quit my job next year to do my own thing.

Gainzbruh, you can always sub an exercise if u need to. Just do the same rep/set schedule.

Chest

Flat Barbell Bench, 4x12 100lbs (on a bench)
Incline Barbell Bench, 4x12 100lbs (on a smith machine)
Decline Barbell Bench 4x12 100lbs (on a smith machine)
Triceps- Close grip bench, 4x12 100lbs (on a smith machine)
skull crushers, 4x12 60lbs
parallel dips(or tricep kickbacks) 4x12
Delts
*******
Smith Machine Military Press, 4x12 80lbs
Seated barbell press Behind neck, 4x12 50lb
Arnold Presses, 8x6 30lb dumbbells
Dumbbell Side Laterals, 4x12 20lb
Cable Side Laterals. 4x12 20lb
These high reps really kick my ass. Chest is also my weakest. Happy to get it done and hope I get stronger by the time I hit it again.
Did Arnold Press 8x6, arms kept giving out so I decided to at least match the total reps of 4x12 by doing more frequent breaks between sets.
Also walked 4 miles total today. I walk on all training days except for leg day.
Stopped Deca and started Tren Ace 100mg/EOD. Took 100mg today with an insulin syringe (29 gauge).

Arnolds are tough. Specially after and bunch of chest and tricep work.
