Walked 4 miles total.
Weight is still at 215lbs, no change in weight. I don't see it as good or bad I just go by what I see in the mirror.
Started feeling fatigued by the time I get to Friday. Just squeezing out everything I can for every rep at this point.

Two weeks down. I’m proud of you and remember, the first 3-4 weeks are prepping your body for growth. It will be interesting to see the changes in 5 more weeks. Keep your protein high and be vigilant with your workouts and diet. Keep it up!

I'm definitely dedicated for the long haul. I will keep this diet and training for as long as it takes.

Bought around 15lbs of chicken for prep cooking tomorrow. Then pounded some sushi today to break the monotony.

Prepped all 15lbs of chicken today for the week. Also started Anadrol (150mg/day) because I think my Superdrol isn't doing anything. I might buy a roidtest kit for the Superdrol.

Workout was ok. Was pissed all day because my girlfriend's ex husband did something horrible, but my girlfriend turned off her phone shortly after telling me that. So I have no idea wtf happened.
So fed up with dealing with people's shit. Ready to snap a god damn plate in half.
