Feeling kind of bored of gym and work nonstop for no time for anything else. Thinking about my ex doesn't help. She used me for money and never made a visa to see me. She was a hot and caring latina, but stupid with money. I'm going nuts right now trying to feel some kind of purpose, life just feels so god damn boring and full of betrayal right now.

Damn 48 reps@ 180 on squats! That my friend is great !! The whole ex thing sucks, don’t let her torment you any more. It is hard, the beautiful ones can steal more than your heart! I completely understand and have been there. If you stay in track, the next girl will show up in your life right when you need her. There are a lot of good women, especially at the gym.

I will say it again
You shouldnt be running gear
Get diet and training in check first then progress to gear
You are completely out of shape entirely
The gear won't magically make that go away or change
you have to -- diet train train train train repeat
add weight on first -- get laarger and stronger
then months or year down the road add gear in there
Idk maybe im just a dick
who knows
ppl do what they want anyways
so i guess it is what it is
i wouldnt be touching any AAS at all looking like you look

Just losing my fucking shit today. Not getting enough results no matter what I fucking do. I really don't give a fuck now. I will run gear, train and eat until I drop dead.
Has to be the one of the shittiest years of my life so far. Maybe I should have just gotten a fucking liposuction would have been cheaper than buying stupid fucking gear.
This log will go on forever. I really don't give a shit what anyone says anymore. Not cycling off and I don't give a fuck. You know why? I havent gotten to live a good life. I'd rather be something big than be some mediocre piece of shit. So it's get abs, get big or fucking die at this point.
I need to cook more god damn food tonight I got home at midnight, the walking takes 40 minutes both ways. The training takes two hours. If I try any high intensity cardio my damn feet will bleed because they have 2nd and 3rd degree burns from when I was a kid a long time ago.
Is all this worth it? I don't care, nothing ever seemed worth it. You work your ass off for pitiful rewards like banging a chick for a short time while your life is filled with repetitive boring shit most of the time. Fuck knows why the world was made to be so god damn boring and pathetic.

I am saddened to hear your outlook right now. I know life is frustrating sometimes. Tomorrow is another day. A lot of people get all caught up in their head mentally and torture themselves and in turn they hurt themselves. I know that this is temporary and you can change things for the better. Do not over think things and go over your strategy/plan and see what you think is wrong or if your sabotaging yourself. I tell people to keep detailed journals for a reason, I have to go back and read what I did years at a time to reveal what happened during certain periods. Success lies in failure! I contacted you. Hope you have a better day, hour, or minute.
