I apologize for not being as detailed as other logs.
I know when I read other logs I want details to learn more.

Got blood work done yesterday morning (7/24/19)

First of all, I want to thank all of you who's been following me during my workout on gear in this log.
I've had a major set back with my test gains. I went from about 220lb to 198lb them back up to 206lbs.
Since nce week 4 1/2 and not much intense workouts. I had lost some motivation and was just a little tired daily..anyways after bloods we found its because my bloods where low as far as test I'm my body. So doubled up and pinned 800ml@2cc in week 6 and 800ml@2cc this week. (Wk 7) and that's all I'm using of this particular product.
With all that being said, I want you guys to know that it's been resolved.
I will be getting new gear this week and I'm going to start new log....it will be a 10 week cycle(I may change cycle length) I also will be posting activity daily. I think I did a lousy job on this log.
I'm only posting bloods because thats the results of gear used for this log.

Log#2 middle of 4th week of 16 week cycle
I heard Tube steaks are full of lean protein and go over well for people on gear
Maybe Costco has em frozen ?
