I know I have a BUNCH of work to do.
Ive lost more weight that anything.
Stared @219ish lbs and now at 198lbs
36yrs, 5'11", 198lbs
GEAR:
test 400 blend from PSL (test e 200ml test c 200ml) @ 400ml per week (1cc)
-AI, Arimidex 1/2mg e3d (Started Saturday 7/13)
-Sublingual B12 1ml ed
-Creatine Monohydrate ed
DIET:
No dairy
No sugars
No sodas
Non gmo
Gluten free
All organic
Ive been HUNGRY and h0rn3y as f#k!!
My strength is going up.
My dumbell bench was at 25lbs per arm wen started ( i know, embarrassing and pathetic)
Now i do sets of;
5Olbs x6
45×6
40×8
35x about 15 till muse failure. I do this with all.my workout6
And yes i know its not much compared to u MONSTERS.
This just an example of my strength increase.

Y'all have been alot of help. Im very pleased with the support.
Unfortunately some of the new guys dont know how to embrace the truth about where there at, and what they need to do get to the next level.

Honestly i thought i wasn't improving enough. I have been trying and working very hard.
But this week my stamina and pumps raised up to another level. My form is also much more balanced. I have not been able to do much work to my abs till last week so im hoping to them come together in the next fee weeks.
Appreciate the motivation
