Woke up feeling pretty sluggish today. Think it was the leg day followed by deadlifts Wednesday & Thursday. However still had a great shoulder workout. Already notice the tren kicking in a bit as I can see a little more hardness/grain to my skin as well as some more vascularity starting to re-appear.
Tmrw will be weigh ins and check ins with my coach so I’ll keep y’all posted with how that goes

Test E: 750mg per week

10am: meal 2 - 2 scoops whey isolate protein + 1.25 scoops karbolyn
10:30am: shoulders workout

Seated db military press

Seated db front raise to rear delt fly variation superset with seated incline db lateral raises

6:30pm: meal 5 - 8oz chicken + 7oz jasmine rice
+ 1 tbps macadamia nut oil + side salad with apple cider vinegar
9pm: meal 6 - 6.5oz chicken + big leafy green salad w/ apple cider vinegar
9:45pm: pin 1iu gh + 2 scoops sleep EAA’s mixed with water + 50mcg T4

Day 13: Saturday August 17th
**Notes:
Woke up at 239.8lbs this morning. Which was extremely motivating since I was at 244 last Saturday. Makes all the early morning fasted cardio sessions and what’s to come that much more gratifying.
Today was arm day which I enjoy since it’s a part that lagging for me. My shoulders tend to overpower my arms, however they’re catching up so I’m happy with the track they’re on. Another successful day in the books. This week seemed to be a week that ‘clicks’ where my body is showing changes and is responding to the modifications made last week very well.
