The time has come for yet another log. This time I’ll be running mainly XT Labs products unless there is something else that isn’t offered via their product line.

Last year I placed 11 out of 29 guys and was flat as a board. My only critique was bring more depth, which if I had the pop from being full would have been there. So this years goal is to bring the same level of conditioning and come in full as a mofo so my muscles will have some pop to them instead of looking washed out.

I’m 14 weeks out so it’s time to start the process of getting peeled. Currently sitting at 244.0lbs (down from peak weight of 265lbs) and my weight cap is 197lbs so I’ll have to come in around 196.5lbs or so to make weight then fill back up. I’m hoping once I fill out I can hit the stage around 203-207lbs give or take which will have me as one of the biggest guys in my weight class.

So with that being said I’ll be documenting every step of this prep. The Diet, the training, the cardio and everything in between. My next post I’ll go over my gear protocol, current diet, training program & cardio... Let’s get to work!
