Day 1: Monday August 5th
**Notes:
Today is probably one of my favorite days because it’s not only challenging but it’s taxing as well. I pretty much follow this same routine every Monday and try to get a little stronger or better each new session. It’s brutal but I love it. I embrace failing in a set because I know that means I’m sending the ultimate stimuli to my body to tell it to grow and get better.
My diet is literally the same everyday except perhaps sometimes I throw some fish in there or some sweet potato. If not this is what it’ll be every, single day. And I love it.
Feeling really good with where I’m at this point of prep. Mentally I’m in good space and have been dialed in during this cruise phase. I’ve actually gotten stronger then I was blasting and am planning to try to ‘grow’ into this prep as the gear is now getting added back in.
I always like to get ahead of prep so ideally I’ll be ready 2-4 weeks out and bring it on home with a W!!
**Protocol:
Test E: 750mg per week
EQ: 600mg per week
Aromason: 25mg (Mon/Weds/Fri/Sat)
Provi: 50mg ED
Gh: 4ius ED
T4: 100mcg ED
**Supps:
Probiotics - gut health
Digestive enzymes - gut health

**Routine:
5am: Pinned 1iu GH then did 30 minutes fasted cardio
5:45am: meal 1 - 8oz liquid egg whites, 1 scoop whey isolate protein, 1/3 cup cream of rice
9:30am: pre workout protocol - pinned 2iu gh + 2 scoops pre workout ignition switch by Axe & Sledge
10am: meal 2 - 2 scoops whey isolate protein + 1.5 scoops karbolyn
10:30am: back & hamstring workout
Smith bent over rows
2 sets, 12 reps
Hammer single arm rows
3 sets, 10-12 reps
Tbar chest supported rows
2 sets, 6-10 reps
Calf raises superset with lying leg curls
3 sets, 20/8-12 reps
Seated leg curls superset with machine abductors
3 sets, 15-20/20 reps
Bb stiff leg deadlifts
2 sets, 6-8 reps
Bb deadlifts
2 sets, 4-6 reps
Single leg curls
3 sets, 15 reps
Smith rack pulls
2 sets, 15 reps
Post workout cardio: 15 minute steady state
**post workout shake: 1 scoop whey isolate protein
1:15pm: meal 3 - 6.5oz chicken + 8oz jasmine rice + 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil + 3oz broccoli
4pm: meal 4 - 2 scoops whey isolate protein
6:30pm: meal 5 - 8oz chicken + 8oz jasmine rice
+ 1 tbps macadamia nut oil + side salad with apple cider vinegar
9pm: meal 6 - 7 egg whites + 8oz jasmine rice
+ 2oz asparagus

Hey prime- I had the same issues you did about coming in flat. This last year I did glycogen loading and was full as fuck at 204.
I also used anadrol while cutting. It kept me full. I didn’t need to lose anywhere near the amount you do though.
I would say you need to up the cardio.
I am not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to help with different ideas. Your probably far more knowledgeable than myself.
Also, I read that milk thistle on cycle is not good. It competes for the receptors. I don’t know if it’s actually true, but I only take milk thistle between cycles.
