Another grinder day. Got good working sets in at the gym. And was able to grind out cardio. The new adjustments will definitely be adding up within the next day or so. But planning for a big drop this week so enjoying the challenge of pushing through and making each day count.

5:45am: meal 1 - 8oz liquid egg whites, 1.5 scoop whey isolate protein
9:30am: pre workout protocol - pinned 2iu gh + 2 scoops pre workout ignition switch by Axe & Sledge + 20mg anavar + 10mg winny
10am: meal 2 - 7.5oz 99% lean turkey + 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
10:30am: squat variation workout
Hack squats
3 sets, 9/6/5 reps
Incline hack squats superset with machine adductors
4 sets, 12-15 reps
Pendulum squats
3 sets, 10/6/8 reps
Bb walking lunges
3 sets, 16 total steps
Post workout cardio: 50 minutes (first 30 intervals then 20 mins steady state)
1:15pm: meal 3 - 7.5oz chicken + 5oz broccoli
3pm: take 25mg Proviron + 10mg winny
4pm: meal 4 - 16oz egg whites + 4oz broccoli
6:30pm: meal 5 - 7.5oz 99% lean turkey + 1 tbps macadamia nut oil + side spinach salad with apple cider vinegar
7:45pm: 25 minute HIIT cardio
9pm: meal 6 - 16oz egg whites + big leafy green salad w/ apple cider vinegar
9:45pm: pin 2ius gh + 2 scoops sleep EAA’s mixed with water + 50mcg T4 + 12.5 T3 + 60mcg clen + 20mg anavar + 25mg Proviron + 10mg winny
