Things are moving along. Feels like everything is in the groove and firing properly. It’s more of an effort now but still get good lifts in and hitting decent weights. Just a mere matter of the mind.

Weighed in at 205.2lbs this morning so almost down for from Sunday. Closing in on that stage weight. Hoping to drop at least another 2-3lbs by Sunday. That would be a tremendous leap forward and put me at 5-6lbs stage weight with 4 weeks out.
Another solid day in the gym. Using mental fortitude to grind it out and get the job done. Feels like I start slow by within the first 10-15 minutes things are starting to rev up and I’m in my zone.
