I’m 5’7”. What weight should I be walking around at if I wanna look like a 5’7” version of Scott Steiner? I’m sure there are many different variables that probably can’t be determined. 😆

The wrestler? He looks awful right now. I would just bulk up to a point were you have the look you are aiming for and then make adjustments from there with bf and specific muscle groups.

I'd say 230 LEAN , but he's on a ton of juice and hgh . If you saw him recently he just looks fat

Yes the wrestler. Of course hes old and fat now. One he’s old, two he’s out of the business. No need to continue to punish the body like he did. He was insanely big.

Scotty is 6ft and was usually 275 lbs but went up to 290. In his early days he was 240 ish. He's 57 or 58 yrs old and has suffered many injuries. He's still a cool cat.

Ugh i remember him with his brother rick . He did not look 240 . I'd say 200 HIGH SIDE . I didn't recognize him when he got swole
