Road to Nationals & Redemption Log
The time has come for yet another log. This time I’ll be running mainly XT Labs products unless there is something else that isn’t offered via their product line.
Last year I placed 11 out of 29 guys and was flat as a board. My only critique was bring more depth, which if I had the pop from being full would have been there. So this years goal is to bring the same level of conditioning and come in full as a mofo so my muscles will have some pop to them instead of looking washed out.
I’m 14 weeks out so it’s time to start the process of getting peeled. Currently sitting at 244.0lbs (down from peak weight of 265lbs) and my weight cap is 197lbs so I’ll have to come in around 196.5lbs or so to make weight then fill back up. I’m hoping once I fill out I can hit the stage around 203-207lbs give or take which will have me as one of the biggest guys in my weight class.
So with that being said I’ll be documenting every step of this prep. The Diet, the training, the cardio and everything in between. My next post I’ll go over my gear protocol, current diet, training program & cardio... Let’s get to work!

As I stated in my intro post I started at 265lbs before cutting. The last 6 weeks I’ve been cruising, lifting heavy as possible to maintain the size I’ve gained and slightly tapered back some carbs + cut out one cheat meal per week (1 left). Cardio was at 20 minutes fasted + 10 minutes post workout.
As of today carbs got reduced, fats for my first meal got dropped and cardio was increased to 30 minutes fasted + 15 minutes post workout. Also my gear got bumped from 250mg test E per week + 2ius gh ED to 750mg test E per week + 600mg EQ per week + 4ius gh ED.
My current workout split is as follows:
Monday - back thickness & hamstrings
Tuesday - chest & triceps
Wednesday - legs (quad focused)
Thursday - back width & biceps
Friday - shoulders & traps
Saturday - legs (squat focused day)
Sunday - rest day (sometimes do fasted arm workout).
My gear protocol & supplement protocol is as follows...
**Gear Protocol:
Test E: 750mg per week
EQ: 600mg per week
Aromason: 25mg (Mon/Weds/Fri/Sat)
Provi: 50mg ED
Gh: 4ius ED
T4: 100mcg ED
**Supps:
Probiotics - gut health
Digestive enzymes - gut health
Hawthorne berry - BP
NAC - liver
Milk thistle - liver
Vitamin K - cholesterol
Citrus Bergamont: cholesterol
Ashwaganda - cortisol
Berberine - insulin resistance (GDA)
Turmeric - inflammation
Fish oils - joints/inflammation
Olive leaf extract - immune system
Astralgus: kidney
As prep continues I’ll most likely be adding in:
Clen
Winny
Tren
Mast
T3
Adex
But it all comes down to what my coach changes in my protocol as the time ensues.
Diet is currently at 2.9K calories. Protein is 301g, carbs are 356g & fats are 33g. And I’m also having 1 cheat meal per week.

Can’t wait until preps a bit further in and other supps come into play. Might even be adding some adrol in at some point
