Anyone weren't from "Bro- split" to higher frequency split?
I've done a bro-split (one body part each day) my entire workout career except when training for football. I'm looking into changing to an upper/lower/push/pull/legs split currently in order to hit every body part twice a week. I'll have about the same volume per week as I do now, but I'll be hitting everything twice a week instead of once. Has anyone made a jump to a similar split from a bro split? Wanting opinions before I make the leap. Thanks!

Well I went from DC to a 6 day PPL programherw lately and its going fine. Biggest thing is just making sure to get enough sleep. Occasionally, ill only do 5 workouts instead of 6 if its a really heavy work week.

Thank you for the info! I would do 6 days of PPL, but I'm sick of working out on the weekend. I've been prepping for 2 shows for about 30 weeks total and ready to spend time with the family.

you could easily cut it to 5 days and consolidate the 2nd round of PPL for the week, which is often lighter/more isolation type work from 3 workouts into two.
