      I feel you on the cancer. I lose my mom and step dad in the past 3 years. And unfortunately my little brother has throat cancer right now, stage 4. Pretty impossible odds dude I dont fucking get it and I hate cancer more than you can imagine.

      Well, I guess this deca (from experienced user comments) is about to start showing its teeth, so I'm really looking forward to that! I'm feeling great, state of mind is fantastic, just enjoying it all thus far. The workout from yesterday is listed below in set x rep form, along with a little food porn & a before pic, taken 1month out of hospital but prior to this cycle's beginning. We'll get an "after" shot up once completed to see if I put any work in. Okay, here we go.......
      Bench Press 4x12
      Incline Bench 11, 8, 6 (hurting left shoulder too much to continue)
      Decline Bench 4x12
      Close-grip Bench 4x12
      Skull Crushers 4x12
      Tricep Kickbacks 4x12
      Bench Dips 4x12
      Seated Smith Presses 4x12
      DBell Fr Raises 4x12
      Seated Lateral Raises 4x12

      The change in my normal routine, to the workout I've done for 5+weeks has been fantastic! Feels good to actually be sore again!

      Will be hitting gym in just over 2hrs & will post the workout as quickly as possible! Everyone have a great Wednesday!

      Okay guys, trying to get caught up here. Hope everyone has had a great Wednesday. Been trying to balance life with everything going on. The most difficult, of course, is fitting in time to eat as much as I'm trying to. I am getting in 3 big meals with 8-12oz of meat, cup of rice/potatoes in each, however, the other 3 feeds r proving more difficult to make quality. Having hardboiled eggs, cans of tuna, shakes, etc. But, this should be alleviated a little once my trips to the hospital quiet down.
      I realize I failed to post my before pic last entry as well, so I'll add it to this entry.
      Overall, feeling fantastic at current pin levels/frequency. I am waiting on more bac water, which will be here Friday, so the gh has been tentatively shelved till then, but everything else remains the same.

      The daily workout, probably my favorite day of all routines, was as follows:

      Barbell Rows 4x12
      T-Bar Rows 4x12
      Seated Rows 4x12
      One-Arm DBell Rows 4x12
      Bbell Curls 4x12
      Hammer Curls 4x12
      Seated Bicep Curls 4x12
      DBell Preacher Curls 4x12
      Reverse Pec-Dec 4x12
      Incline Bench Rear Lat Raises 4x12
      100 leg raises
      50 crunches
      50 Russian Twists

      No AI needed at current levels (as of now) & almost 2hrs to complete the day. I'll be moving leg day to the weekend.
      Okay guys, about 2hrs to sleep before gym-time again. Pic taken appr 5wks ago. Ending pic will be posted, for comparison, at program end!
