A1As prep log
Decided to start a thread to be more active here. I’ll be stepping on stage for my first time in 2 weeks after a short prep. I did 2 PL meets this year just for fun and after my last one I decided to give BB a try and found a show that was 10 weeks out so decided to go right into it . Doing classic and regular physique this time. Started at 218 fat AF and with the help of my coach have gotten down to 200.6 this morning which is the lowest I’ve been in over two years but held on pretty good size luckily. will also be doing another showe Dec 14th to give myself another 6 weeks of prep after this show and will hopefully actually have a chance of a good placing.
Now the fun stuff - Cycle So Far
10-5 weeks out

nothing interesting just quads/lower back, chest/tri/abs, back/hams, shoulders/abs, biceps/forearms and 2 cardio only days. Cardio only days are 0 carbs and cardio has been 45-1 hour fasted in the Am
diet
300 pro 50-100 carbs 50-60 fats weeks 10-6
300 pro 10-15 carbs 75-90 fats weeks 5-3
and now carb cycling kind of - 4 days out the week I’m doing 300/50/45 2 cardio only days 300/10/50 and leg day 225/200/25
well see what happens these next two weeks
I’ll post some pics soon. I tried staying away from tren this prep but after the show I’ll be adding it in for the next show so things will get more fun then lol

Today was back/hams so started with
deadlifts 3x8
rack pulls 3x10
low cable rows/straight arm pull downs 3x12/15
rear delt cables 3x15-20
DB rows 3x12
leg curls 20, 15, 15, 12
lying leg curls 3x12-15
baxk extensions / DB pull over 3x12/8
left feeling great had a steak when I got home that I had soaking in Worcester sauce with mushrooms peppers and onions and minced garlic since last night and seared it on the grill ... was freaking amazing .
rest of the food today was 2 6 oz swai meals, 10 oz egg whites w 1/2 cup oatmeal , 6 oz 96/4 ground beef with 2 oz avocado and 7 oz white potato and all meals have 2 servings of veggies

Really just running through my routine not focused as much on hitting the poses but the transitions and all that good stuff , again I’m not as lean as I could be for 2 weeks out but I’ve finally accepted it and the real goal is doing good for the December show
