Temporarily just because your body sometimes needs a break from the same foods or calories, hence cheat meals! I find that they make my workouts strong and your body will hold on to that extra fat. It is just something that I do, my favorite is to get an antipasta or Italian meats, cheeses and olives, basically a charcuterie board and eat it, enjoy it! Then back to diet. Sounds like your body wants some heavier calories right now, so let it have em! I’m not saying go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s but pick a non carb Meal w protein and fats only. Grill up a double cheeseburger 2- 1/3 or 1/2lbers and wrap w big lettuce and onions, tomatoes, pickles, and chow down!

2 meals? Even better. I thought it was a one shot thing. Hell, its diet Christmas. For me, that kind of food is way better than sweets.
On a serious note though, is that on top of my regular food or in place of. Either way is good for me.

In place of a mealtime or shake. Really won’t matter much as long as your following the diet the rest of the time. After someone strictly sticks to the diet and workout for 4 weeks w/o mess ups; I always recommend 2 cheat meals per week, preferably on the same day. If they messed up, I don’t let them, but, I’m not with you so.. go for it!

Always get excited for those days. I actually just had grilled chicken breast tenderloins w Moore’s Buffalo Sauce and Sour Cream. No added carbs. It was delicious even though I eat them all day. Just adding those creamy sauces changed it up for me!Salmon Lox Omelette with all the trimmings and fresh fruit is always good anytime I crave high fatty acids and sweets all in one.

Looks good. I've never had salmon lox, but I like raw meats. Well fish and beef.

It’s technically not raw because of the salt/sugar herb curing process. It is indeed an incredible flavor. They have a smoked version too. On a nice Dave’s Killer Bagel w cream cheese, tomato, red onion, capers and lemon!

7 weeks 5 days of bulking left.
Chest day: Havent changed anything, but from Sunday to Sunday I went from 258 to 247. So Max has revamped my diet a bit with some more fats. Less chicken breast, more beef and dairy. To me beef and dairy spells out cheeseburger, but I think the coach has a different opinion.
Also, have dropped my reps to 6-9 and 4 sets, heavy as I can go to finish this bulk. Had a good day for lifting in the hotel.
And have changed my gear to:
Test-E 1000mg
Deca 600mg
Mast-E 200mg
A short blast in my blast.
Preworkout: Redcon 1's total war and big noise.
Post workout: 10grams creatine with my shake.
Injections: 1000 Test-E, 600 Deca, 200 Mast-E. Divided Mon, Wed, Fri
Vitamins and Supplements: Turmeric 3000mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Magnesium 750mg, Zinc 75mg, Potassium 300, EAA's 4000mg, 81mg Aspirin, Red rice yeast 1200mg with co-Q10 100mg, Milk thistle 750mg, Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg, MSM 1500mg and collagen 300mg, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine 5g, Tudca 250mg, NAC 1800mg, Vitamin D3 5000iu, Cinnamon 1000mg, Garlic extract 3000mg, Hawthorne berry 1695mg, and Astralgus extract 2000mg.
