Back Day: Home lift today. Good day. Will try to get cardio later.
Preworkout: Redcon1's Breach,Total War and Big Noise.
Post workout: 10grams Redcon1 Tango creatine with my serving of 3 scoops of Dymatize chocolate shake.
Gear: 350 Test-P, 500 DHB, 262 Mast-P. Divided every other day. 75 Anavar and 50 Proviron per day. Aromasin 3 times a week. Nolvadex and Caber on hand.
Vitamins and Supplements: Turmeric 3000mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Magnesium 750mg, Zinc 75mg, Potassium 300, EAA's 4000mg, 81mg Aspirin, Red rice yeast 1200mg with co-Q10 100mg, Milk thistle 750mg, Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg, MSM 1500mg and collagen 300mg, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine 10g, Tudca 250mg, NAC 1800mg, Vitamin D3 5000iu, Cinnamon 1000mg, Garlic extract 3000mg, Hawthorne berry 1695mg, Citrus Bergamot 500mg, and Astralgus extract 2000mg.
Shoulder warm up
Wide Grip Lat pull: 15wu,18,18,15
Neutral Grip Lat pull: 12,16,16
Deadlift: 15,15,15
BB Bentover Rows Chest Supported: 11,10,10
BB Tbar Row: 18,14,14
Pull-ups: 12,9,9

Im so glad I had invested in some home gym equipment.
They are closing everything down here, gyms, schools, grocery stores. Its ridiculous. Hoping to be able to get adequate protein sources.

Mine closed for 2 weeks and the schools are closed for two weeks.

Chest at home today. Was interrupted so came back a few hours later and finished. Been busy with doing deliveries and takeouts from our restaurant, since we cant seat people. Also, been doing free deliveries to households where kids dont have enough food that were used to having 2 meals a day at school. Delivered about 25 today to kids that needed assistance. Trying to help as many as we can with all the
bullshit rules closing everything down.

Came back at 1915 to finish:
2 miles cardio outside
Flat BB: 18,18,17,14,14,13,10. Did some extra all same weight

May not get much done today. Got some sort of virus with shortness of breath, headache, and fever. Trying to get motivated to get something done.

Hit a sauna, or find some way to cook yourself until your internal temp is high enough to kill the virus. Thos helps me get over things like this way faster.

This unfortunately wont work. To get your body at the adequate temp you would die and or burn your lungs . I heard something like this and was all excited till the expert on the JRE burst my bubble.that isbif we are both talking about covid 19
