Going to be a fucked up, long day with work, so taking today off at least from weights and maybe I can get some cardio in late tonight. Feeling a little beat up anyways, nothing bad, just been pushing it hard and my joints are sore. So, I'll continue to eat clean and rest up.

Didnt get lifts in yesterday so did 2 weight training sessions today. Weight: 230
Chest workout: time 0845
Shoulder warm-up
Incline DB 4 sets
Incline Flyea, 3 sets
DB Pullovera, 3 sets
DB Flat, 3 sets
Pec Deck, 3 sets
Leg Workout: time 1530
Leg Ext for warm- up light weight, 3 sets
Squat, 3 sets
Walking Lunges, 3 sets
Stiff Legged DL 3 sets
Leg Press, 3 sets
Puked!!! Hate that shit
Leg extension heavy, 3 sets.
Strength ok but endurance getting shitty.

This evening, just finished 30 minutes on elliptical at 4.5mph with 135 heart rate. Now doing treadmill 3.0mph on 3% grade for another 30 minutes. I will post my food later, after I finish for the night.

Shoulders: Good day. Was feeling pretty damn worn out yesterday,
but slept well and had a great shoulder workout. This cutting is getting to me on endurance though. Trying out a new supplement called silencer by redcon1. Supposedly it's a non stem fat burner tr that I can use before sleep. I just started last night before bed with no sleeping issues. Cant hurt and I need the help.
0730 45" treadmill 3% grade 3.5mph
1215 Weights
Shoulder warm up and stretch
Kneeling Rack Slide, my rack is too short for me to stand: 5 sets
Side Lateral Cable Raise: 3 sets
Arnold's: 3 sets
DB Front Raise: 3 sets

Bis and cardio today. Had to get up at 3am and drive 3 hours to work.
They weren't quite ready for me, so checked in the helltell. Took a 3 hour nap. Usually work arms altogether, but I'd rather do tris at home than here. Only cables available.
Cable Alternate Curl, 4 sets
Cable Preacher Curl, 4 sets
Rope Hammer Curl, 4 sets
1 hour stationary bike
45 minutes treadmill
I wont get a chance to workout again today. So cramming it all together. This is all basically fasted. Last time I ate was 0630 and its 1450 now.
