Leg Day. Took a couple days off due to my herniated discs acting up.
But had a good day today. Didnt go too heavy. Wanted to get through it unscathed and hopefully I can start adding back some weight and get some more size for next year.
Pre: Redcon1 total war, big noise, 2.8g EAA, 25g clusterdextrin
15" on treadmill for a warm up. Lifted straight out of bed.
Squats, 2 warm up, 4 working sets
Weighted Lunges, 3 sets
Stiff Legged DL, 1 warm up, 4 working sets
Leg Press, 3 sets with 3-0-3 tempo
Nordic Hamstring Curl, 3 sets
Leg Extension, 3 sets
Standing Leg Curl, 3 sets
Post: 75 gram protein, 83 grams carbs, creatine, glutamine.

Thank you sir. It's what I have. I'm hoping to expand soon and maybe have some more good toys to play with or tools in the box, however you want to see it. I like the gym sometimes but it's nice having my own space. And given my location and work schedule, its helpful.

Brothose bodyweight leg cirls are my favorite hamstring exercise, i get activation far better than any leg curl machine can offer. You can shift the firing pattern depending on moving your knees apart or closer together. Keep putting in work brother looking great. Im just now starting back into lifting after a month and half or so, stayed busy at work at least so didn't really regress that much. GET SOME

I have a 30 pound weighted vest I use also. That makes it a bitch too.
