Yesterday and today scheduled days off weights. But cardio still done. 30 minutes yesterday, but plan on 1 hour later today. Been 8 weeks since the show and I will be starting my official bulk soon.
I will post my new plan as soon as I get started.

Back Day. Great day. Having those two days off really reset me. Helps that I slept really well too. Been working on an over night shift exclusively lately, took a little adjustment.
