      Yesterday and today scheduled days off weights. But cardio still done. 30 minutes yesterday, but plan on 1 hour later today. Been 8 weeks since the show and I will be starting my official bulk soon.

      I will post my new plan as soon as I get started.

      Back Day. Great day. Having those two days off really reset me. Helps that I slept really well too. Been working on an over night shift exclusively lately, took a little adjustment.

      Weighed 217 today

      Cable Pullovers, 8,8,10 for warmup
      Wide Grip Pull-ups, 3 sets to failure
      Neutral Grip Pull-ups, 3 sets to failure
      BB Deadlift, 9,8,7,6
      DB Row 9,8 7,6
      DB Upright Row, 8,7,8,7
      Face Pulls (high pulley), 10,10,10,8
      BB Behind Back Shrug, 10,9,8 8
      BB Front Shrug, 9,8,8,6

      Chest and shoulders: Shoulders aching today, but pushed through and got it done. Actually a decent lift. Felt good when I was done.

      Shoulder warm up
      BB Incline, 1 warm up and 4 working sets
      DB Incline Flyes, 4 sets
      Flat BB Press, 4 sets
      Military Press, 4 sets
      Cable Raise 1 Arm, 4 sets
      DB Front Raise, 4 sets
      DB Chest Supported Reverse Flye, 3sets
