BB behind back shrug is not seen very much at my gym.
I do them and love the stretch and pain it gives.

What kind of terrain do you have?
I dont see those shrugs much either. A buddy of mine, that has huge traps, swears by them. So I started awhile back and believe I've seen some progress.

Yesterday was a scheduled day off. Today will most likely be just cardio. On the road and the hotel I'll be at only has a treadmill.

Back today. Been busy as hell, the last few days, and havent got shit done. But back in the game today and officially started bulking with the food. Increased calories 200 to start and will raise them slowly unlike last time. Waiting on my order from AAS, which are great guys to deal with. 9tmare will hook you up with info and products and quick to respond.
I'll get more posted on my lean bulking plans as the week goes on.
Guess I'm going through a Maxformation as Mr. Maxmuscle is helping me transform.
Cable Pullovers to warm up. 3 sets
Pull-ups 3 sets. Need to start doing more of these.
Neutral Grip Pull-ups, 3 sets
BB Deadlift, 9,9,8,6
Chest Supported BB Row, 6,8,7,6
DB Upright Row, 9,8,7,6
Face Pulls with mid Pulley, 9,8,7,6
BB Behind the back Shrug, 10,10,9,9
Super sets of crunches and lying leg raises.

Couldnt sleep. Woke at 0130. Guess the overnight gigs fucked my cycle. Did cardio on the treadmill since I was up anyway.

Ready for the next work related road trip. The red lided container is glass. I do my reheating in it. Not a fan of using plastic. Usually I reheat in my hot logic mini or a hotel microwave.

Chest Day. Been doing shoulders with it, but thought since my left side is a bit twingy I'd give it a day or 2 of more rest.
Shoulder warmup with bands and a shoulder horn.
DB Incline 1 warm up, 4 working sets
Pec Deck, did 1 big SST type set. Those kick my ass
DB Flat Bench, 4 sets
Nothing crazy, but slow heavy reps for me. Decided to do mostly dumbbells today. Been doing barbell dominate workouts lately.

Did shoulders in the hotel today. They are both really nagging me.
So I lightened up the weight to get through the workout. All in all ended up being a good day.
Damn phone wont text or call but will at least allow me use the crappy wifi. Good thing, you guys would miss me.
Shoulder warm up as usual
DB Press, warmup, 10,9,7,7
Band Lateral Raises, 10,10,10,10
Arnold's, 10,10,10,6
Chest Supported Reverse Flyes, 9,9,10,9
1 hour cardio on the treadmill.0% grade, 3mph
Even though I'm within the guidelines that have been set for this bulk, I am on the upper end of the
body fat %. I dont like it. So I'm making sure I dont miss any cardio. Being fluffy is shit, not going back.
