Yes because I haven't been eating loads recently. My aim is to be consistent with the 4 meals for now then over time I will up to 5 meals per day. Long term I don't want to put on too much size (more quality over quantity) so I won't be pushing food that much. In the past I would have added cals to each of the 5 meals then maybe even add in a 6th but I imagine 5 will be my max now. Once my body is processing everything more effectively I will be able to add in more carbs to certain meals but that's plenty for my goals.
