      I know protein deficiency is used for mind control. I tried plant based. I was always sore. I never got enough protein. Since then, I’ve discovered new plant based protein sources. Other than being sore and never recovering I felt great. I wasn’t on a cycle when I tried it for a month.

      Plant based diets are awesome as long as RAW (aka minimally processed) fruit and vegetables are consumed. The strongest animals in the world eat green vegetation.
      As far as body building is concerned, the body REQUIRES cholesterol to repair.
      Eggs are the best source of cholesterol.
      No one has ever died from too much cholesterol whereas people have died from not having enough cholesterol.

      RAW fruits and vegetables are all protein.
      Heat destroys protein.

      With elimination diet I find I feel different for a few days or weeks ,better or worse then usually always worse. Wonder how much is just placebo. Just keep it varied and healthy is what I say.
