Plant based diet
What's everyone's opinions on a plant based diet?
By the research, it seems to be really good for us.

Personally I think if you limit yourself to only 1 type of food you'll be missing out on certain nutrients so going strictly vegan or strictly carnivore doeant make sense to me. We as humans have been hunters and gatherers since the beginning of our existence, eating both meat and plant foods. I think as long as you don't have any food allergies or intolerances then eat all types of food, I'd focus on the quality of food more than anything. Quality food will have more nutrients which will result in a healthier more productive body.
Best of luck in your endeavors if you choose to go strictly plant based.

i've tried all elimination diets, and it totally depends what your goals are.
I personally now eat a like 85-90% protein ratio and that's just what works best for me. i work 10 hr days then directly hit the gym hard for 2 hours directly after.
i IF 20 hr's, I've tried running this with bulk vegetables, couldn't do it, felt like shit and was lethargic. Kinda split that up with lots of nuts, beans etc, then the wheats really fucked me up. Long story short, for me personally A cyclical keto type approach works for me.5 days no carb, 2 days carb load. But with sweet potatoes and white rice, no processed bs.
If im in a bulk cycle, ill up my sweet potatoes and rice. If i'm cutting ill go straight carnivore for 10-14 days. I hang onto the muscle and the body fat melts away. So that's what works for me bud. The less animal proteins im taking in, the shittier I feel. But everyones bodies works differently, My girlfirend eats pop tarts and pizza all the time and keeps her 4 pack.
Hope this helps !
Goodluck!

I don’t see a point in going full plant based/vegan unless you are committed to a lifestyle that involves preserving as much harm to your surroundings as humanly possible. Veganism is a full on lifestyle, but in this day and age just about any modern day diet can work when being accommodated by supplements. Such as vitamins B12, minerals, fatty acids, possible amino acids (specifically leucine), etc. All of this can and is supplemented with vegan alternatives, but at that point why spend the extra money or go through the hurdles of making sure you’re not deficient in these essential building blocks if you’re not committed to the lifestyle? Especially nowadays where things are priced at an all time high because it’s “vegan” and “keto” friendly.

You cannot get the BCAAs or calories you need for BB from plants alone. Buy CLEAN organic meats. Mass processed, gmo-fed meats are the problem, not the meat itself. There are several studies showing mental decline in individuals who exclude meat for extended periods of time.
'Game Changers' was a propaganda piece produced by James Cameron, who, months earlier, invested over 80 MILLION DOLLARS in vegan food companies.
Plus, for real guys, what kind of pussy wont eat a piece of steak? Sorry Im old school, and Ive researched nutrition since the 90s. Humans are designed to be OMNIvores! ... for that reason, I also dont recommend meat-only diets either.
If you eat balanced, and most importantly CLEAN... you will thrive!
