Diet has always been a hard part for me. I find it hard to find the time to eat enough. Lately I’ve found cookie dough metrx bars. The new ones taste great and have 25%less sugar(18g) 400 calories and 30 grams of protein. I can easily eat 5 a day or more adding 150 grams of protein and 2000 calories to my regular diet. Is this okay? What problems can come from eating to many? I swear a could live off these things. Lol.
