Hey everyone trying to dial in my cardio and don’t want to over do it.
At the moment I’m doing low carb while taking hgh and trt 200mg weekly.

Since aas increases muscle protein synthesis increases anabolism and should stave off any type of muscle wasting during a cut. Calories are at about 1800 daily.

My question is how much cardio can I get away with while on cycle without fucking up my metabolism, destroying cortisol levels and hurting myself? Currently I do an hour of LISS sometimes MISS cardio 5 days a week.
