      Optimal cardio on cut cycle

      Hey everyone trying to dial in my cardio and don’t want to over do it.
      At the moment I’m doing low carb while taking hgh and trt 200mg weekly.

      Since aas increases muscle protein synthesis increases anabolism and should stave off any type of muscle wasting during a cut. Calories are at about 1800 daily.

      My question is how much cardio can I get away with while on cycle without fucking up my metabolism, destroying cortisol levels and hurting myself? Currently I do an hour of LISS sometimes MISS cardio 5 days a week.

      fr low carbs low intensity, simple walking is the best, 60mins wont hurt you

      also make sure you focus on protein, i would eat 350gr of protein which leaves about 45grams of fat per day, no/trace carbs

      will give u great fatloss results, much better then exact same calories but higher fat and lower protein

      Thanks for the reply, I agree 1 hour especially on gear shouldn’t hurt, but what if I do 1.5 or 2 hours a day?

      Is that much cardio acceptable on cycle? Can I do limitless cardio on gear and be ok?

      there is no need to do 3hrs of cardio per day. then something is wrong with your diet and setup

      but lets say u have to do it because of work etc. then increase protein and hormones, to counter balanse the catabolic effect the cardio will have and to spare muscle from being eaten

      u cant do limitless cardio, you will lose muscle and there is no reason to do more then 60 to maximum 90mins low intensity cardio, way less for high intensity. we are doing bodybuilding, not marathons.

      I think the recommendation is 170-190 minutes a week. If you are sore then it was too much.
