Today's macros. I ate a bit more than I planned. I'm surprised how fast the calories add up when in counting them.

Tommorow we start logging the physical stuff. The pip is still non existant. I feel good.

Logged 23 miles on bike. Mad hills. Time 2 hour 15 mins.

Ended up riding a total of 53 miles today. Way back took about 3.5 hours. But I wasnt really going for speed. Also worked 7 hours on top of that. Left at 8:45 came back at almost 11. Had to lay about 100 feet of pipe with a couple buds. The old ceramic tile one cracked when a combine drove over it.

Also idk exact macros for last two days but I have been eating well. I definitely see progress. To everyone supporting and encouraging me. I humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart. Making getting back into shape a breeze. ; )
