Indeed , I have put in a lot is work and been super busy . One thing is : I’ll always train & eat (plus my AM Cardio is 7 days a week; even if just 10min or walk sprints but mainly is watching. Food network or A show like Reacher for 30-45min). I’m happy to be back ! My pops is coming tomorrow with my Uncle , I’m excited to have him put me through one of their workouts. I’m actually “taking the day off” to Clean ,prep some food for me and shop for 8 family dinner meals. Of course I have a chalkboard so Im writing out our planned “Eight Dinners “ . It is so expensive to buy food now- and I can get wholesale prices (same as restaurants) online delivery. Most have went up 20% but others are 30- double ! The BEEF association (don’t know if it Walmart or the Farmers )but they just got busted for (raising prices and making fake inflation for their beef products) they had tripled the per Oz/lb price in some cases - a beef roast usually (3.28-4usd) was 11.99usd) smh , for a cheap huge bone butt roast ! Lamb was way worse ! I bought all Bison, ground elk, and Venison(reindeer). It was the same price as Walmarts Ground beef .
I think I’m Gonna give up beef(until prices come down) and stick with “Wild game”, may as well. All my seafood is Alaskan Seafood Company, flash frozen off the boat (which I’ve been to the factory) they have it butchered, frozen , ready for airplane within 3 hrs of docking . That will be three of the meals - Shellfish & Seafood!

For sure, I’ve already ordered another 3- 25lb packs of ground bison, venson, and elk. Plus Chicken Breast tenderloins & Whole Chickens are inexpensive locally. I do hope they quit messing with the economy, but they won’t . I have stocks & crypto and I have watched it take a dump - then each stock or crypto fund go up and down (just correcting itself). Glad I have so much fresh fruit & vegetables daily, makes filling myself up taste so much better. Not eating any soda or sugar products , I am able to eat 8-10 servings of fruit without any fat gains. I do use 98% berberine hcl with large carb meals and after testing with strips; has helped keep my B/G. Actually it’s better !

It has been super nice to see my Aunt&Uncle; they are doing okay considering the loss of their son. Had one of those 20min hugs , that part was hard ! I’m like his son too, we spent just as much time together as my own father. Gong to cook nice dinners for them each afternoon(before I leave for work). Workouts are strong. I’ve increased my fresh fruit & vegetable intake and it has helped that “keep me full feeling” . My hunger & cravings for more food, treats has went up but I still have refused any soda, cookies:cakes:candy, soda , or snack foods. The plates of cheese/meats/nuts/olives/fruit are phenomenal to quell anyone hankering for a bowl of gelato (my Achilles heel) .
Remember, Reach at least One Goal Daily!
