Tempo 2-0-2 TruCount All Working Sets
Sunday- OFF
I train 6 days per week - 2 upper Days, 2 lower Days; 1 day for Weighted Core/Ab work , 1 day for Arms (could be one muscle or multiple, instinct training). I am using a nice 2-0-2 tempo and not concentrated on my actual lbs, except to try and beat my previous poundage’s. Sticking to an exact tempo for EVERY exercise can be mentally frustrating. My Brain tell me, “You can lift waaay more ! Do it! Do it!! “ . Then I realize that it’s stressing the muscles in a different way and controlling that movement throughput…(injury free)/I am stilll, MAXING out ! Lol
Been making Cold Temp Fish/Shellfish mixed bowls (pictured Salmon/Avocado/Pickled Vegetables over Cold Calrose Rice w Tzatziki). Some Poke Style (Raw), some fully cooked, sometimes “just seared”or rare. As you notice throughout my years logging; FOOD has been a huge part of my life. It’s similar to a man’s “golf game”; constantly changing, and improving (or not) lol. I don’t look at anything as a diet until “I’m on restricted calories” (so true). My personal goal of creating my ultimate “Bodybuilding/Physique/Fitness” Prep & Recipe Cookbook (Hard Binder Style) is nearing its last (1/3) phase. My favorite Section I enjoy are my high protein snack packs for anytime anywhere and the lack of utensils needed!
