I made these 60 days ago and froze them into ziploc bags . I re-heated in the air fryer and they tasted even better . I was experimenting how long something certain dishes will keep their flavor and still look good . Btw- it’s Asparagus and Brie Puff Pastry with Thyme Honey.

Made a Chicken, Egg, Macadamia Salad that had 62 G protein ! So good ! I love macadamia nuts . Working on a white chocolate /macadamia high protein Pancake today ! Keeps coming out bitter so I’m changing the base protein . I will post when I get it right !
