I didn’t realize how long I was out there . Got some new scenery at the gyms and around the towns (San Diego area) . I avoided the shitty parts ! Lol . Killer Sushi & food !       Had some phenomenal meals at my sisters new place. She wants to hire me to train her and her husband. Of course I accepted on the terms that one of them would would do my exact workout. It will be nice to have them or both because I turn into a drill Sargent ! It pushes me harder when I have a family member, plus I’ll have a spotter and can do negatives, Trisets , Giants, and others. It’s crazy how good my metabolism is taking in all these calories and I’m lean still. I upped my t4(100mcg) and have used Ovitrelle/HMG each 4 weeks. My B/G levels are not as low as I want them so I may employ micro dosing a glargine insulin, but I may continue to try and use multiple nutritional supplements(which cost waaay more than Lantus). I want anyone whose used high gh…what supplement or combo of them has controlled you blood sugar (below 92) for most of the day ? Dosing schedule would be nice as wellMAXS Log. I have Berberine HCL, Vanadyl Sulfate, Chromium, and Cinnulin-PF . I haven’t used Banaba Leaf Extract or others. I’m open to peptides as well…. I appreciate anyones input. Most of my water retention is inside the muscle but, some is subcutaneous . It’s hard for me to let myself get the bloated look, but I realize I need to actually take on this extra weight to build more, netting me more LBMMAXS LogMAXS Log. HAVE A PHENOMENAL WEEKEND!       I woke today and my first though was …”I want some BUTTS! “ MAXS LogMAXS Log! So… it was all about butts and I did sneak in a Massive Salad w 60g protein inside Turkey & chicken, i Only had those 3 pecan/cherry wood smoked wings as my little chest meal(how sad) but this dinner will feed me part of the week !       Been increasing my calories but cleanly and my fiber intake. My LBM is high and I’m getting stronger each week . I’ve had to work at multiple job sites and am flying to the East for 4 days. It should be an easy project but takes most of my daytime hours, which is fine. The Ztropin I took 10ius all at once to see how I would react and OMG, I knocked out for several hours post workout. Luckily it was evening already. Great combo and I raised my T4 intake which helped immensely.
