I finally got the go ahead from my physical and bloods to proceed. I also flew out to Florida to pick up a new 8 week old King Charles Spaniel Puppy, a great Max Family addition, but I had to train her for 7 days/24hrs a day(hence my absence). She is a phenomenal little female, and already bonded with me; I forgot how much work went into getting a new pup. Luckily i have great family to help . Big shout out to Alan of AlanDomestic.la for the phenomenal TD which as you can see
Now I’ve finally broke the seal and realized it was a lot cheaper to keep my BG low using Novorapid Flexpens along with my high IU ZPHC gh/Igf1 Lr3 KITS(all ready to use) . I am using the gh/Igf1 lr3 together IM bilaterally post workout into worked muscles. Using higher IU gh raised my b/g pretty high so the rapid Flexpens help to lower it(mid 80’s). Gonna finish my two weeks and switch to my Big 6 lifts for maximum strength 5 reps and 8-15 reps for smaller muscles ; combing two types of training! Is it gonna be for maximal size really , then I’ll do a super efficient cut cycle towards the start of the new year. My goal being to come in one class ahead of my actual goal . It’s quite a jump so 2 full bulk and cut cycles are needed. Gotta take advantage of changing my physique at a critical time right now. I’m super pumped and healthy which is nothing short of being conscientious of all parts of my health including MD and self care . I’ve been cooking all the time I’m off - mainly whole chickens , steaks , and More Chicken breasts….I am eating tons of carbs again, 200+ in the morning with 80g of protein ! Super easy and fast with the bowls.

Things are soo great right now, I AM busy 24/7 but it’s what I like . I think always having a girlfriend the past half-decade made me realize “how much they were trying to inhibit me” from my weight training & diet!
I’m not hatin’ but, they 100% were stopping me from doing what I love AND spending 90% of the little money I made. It’s like you don’t realize what is happening when your “IN” the relationship. This past week my diet has been slowly changing : I’ve boosted my natural fats just by adding whole dairy, 2 whole eggs w 10 whites + 2 more at night and adding pork & red meat back ….it made my strength go up or rather my anaerobic energy. I didn’t lift more but I had (more gas left afterwards and I didn’t get sore… I’m looking forward to starting my new workouts but I have one more week until that starts. Had some incredible poke bowls, yakitori , sushi and Max style Korean bbq (I mixed rib meat and lean ground beef and made: “ Kalbi Burgers w Kimchi-onions-Tomato-Pickled Ginger & Pickles wrapper in Lettuce with Canadian Aged White Cheddar” (forgot to take a pic) but I’ll make them again so you can get the recipe. It fills you up big time and can be almost keto or not I added Bulgogi Sauce and grated the onion for those of you who’ll cook it tonight !
