      Had a sick ass Saturday workout! Pup Woke me up and I could barely lift my arms upMAXS Log. Love waking up not holding water, but by the end of the day after training and all the calories(clean too); sometimes you can fool yourself thinking your bloated. A lot comes from having a high fiber diet as well.
      Went out for dinner, had a Large Meat & Cheese-Olives-Nuts Platter w/some Stuffed Wild Pheasant and it was perfect ! Haven’t had Pheasant forever besides Pate. Hmu is you need meMAXS Log.
      Sunday had family over for Chile Colorado, Homemade Refried Beans and Homemade Chalupa Tortillas, I waited for everyone to finish so I could make mine and this was all that was left ! It was phenomenal and I live where there’s 500 Mexican restaurants per neighborhood, lol. I guess I really can cook good, I had an ex (and her mom & abuela) that said, “You can cook better Mexican food than our family/familia ! “. Of course I use White Mexican Cheeses(Cotija) when doing authentic dishes but most of the family that visits brings their spouse/partner and they are used to Taco Bell MAXS Log lol.

      My last week of VX training! So excited to start my CyberMorph 2.0 Cycle and Training!
      I always ask myself ..”Is all this worth it?” And I always come back with a resounding ..YES MAXS Log!! Whether I’m doing a new job or training program or dating someone new ; that is always my internal Question . I need all of you guys and it’s been a constant source of inspiration for me: seeing your logs , posting my log , answering your questions and me asking questions. Such a great forum and I am thankful . I went to the beach and had some surf fun; Good food ! It was a nice day too . MAXS Log boogie boarding and sun was an everyday thing growing up, I wish I could live at the beach permanently (I actually could) but I would need my own business because their is no industry or pay out there .       Wow am I dumb (not really) just following my own advice on the continuous 100 reps with low-mod weight. At least I’m not playing bodybuilding poker ! That’s rough ! My brothers and sisters use to play it with me at home doing pushups sit-ups etc .
      Using zphc -Pharmacom-Spectrum-canada peptides ,and Pharmaceutical grade products definitely make a big difference in my quality muscle growth. Igf-1 LR3 is very potent and works faster than you think (a lot faster than gh alone) . Of course slin makes a difference but I’ve only had a few injections of 10-16 units once per workout so it has to be the igf-1 lr3

      Ever heard of “death by death lifts”

      So take roughly 65% of max lift and for 30 mins you do two reps a minute totaling 60reps

      Try that shit out man. It is a great dead lift workout

      I’m going to , that sounds like a good proper style so I can get to my goal without hurting myself . Sometimes I wonder how much damage I’m inflicting (due to all the anabolics flowing ) . I do want to improve that Christmas Tree area is the back . Get some Dorian and Dexter going MAXS Log(I wish )
