. I think that my complete perspective on a lot of things is not changing; but the way I am going to approach the training is going to be much more Old School when the weights are set up . I made a promise and commitment to my family to not be Cavalier and hit the gym circuit. I miss it like you cannot imagine. But, I made my plan, I am executing it; and I hope to keep myself, my family, my friends, my clients and everyone else healthy. Being an extrovert and wanting so much to jump back in makes it severely hard. I have a huge appreciation for even being able to get a home gym and train. I am not going down and out because of a plague that will be talked about a century from now. I am in for the long haul brother!! Health is always what I give thanks for nightly- spiritual, physical, and mental!
