8min! Enough time and make it to work with a big smile 
!! Seriously though. Since I am using low dose C daily; I just bite off half a V and in 30 min{actually less on empty stomach} I turn to granite!! Only PRN{as needed} . The side benefits of C are also something I Hope staves off prostate growth a bit!!
