      Resistance Band Incline Flyes: 10 x 10 {dumbbells if they come in*} 30lb

      I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

      Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/60 maltodextrin carbs, 44oz water, IV hydration pack.
      Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, 2 Daves Killer Bagels, 2 bananas, 12oz Fairlife Milk.
      Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 120 simple/complex carbs: dextrose/maltodextrin.
      Meal4- 8oz Turkey Breast ; 80g Calrose rice, 3 eggs scrambled in.
      Meal5- 7oz Pork Fried Rice w Kimchi , Broccoli, 2cups spinach salad w cbd vinaigrette; pepitas.
      Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with cherries{before bed*}

      **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, cream of rice or grapenuts cereal .

      Monday... routine day, food delivered and prepped. Trained w friend which was nice, I am getting some weight going bodywise. My strength is great but I am still being careful. 10/19 will be my last day of Dynabol Blast so you will see the difference four weeks make when I post pics. Definitely down with this brand. The orals are phenomenal and I definitely see a big boost now. My reason for low dosing is to see if I can have less rebound after cessation. Plus, I definitely want to be ready for a proper bulk for fall/winter. I am definitely putting my gym equipment to work and am glad I made the decision. Covid is definitely not going away for a while; especially w normal flu season. I am thinking of getting a flu shot but, am not sure....probably should..?? Have a good evening. Gonna watch a Comedy!       I have been hitting the food a lot harder as my appetite is insatiable. I have been eating clean so that is good. Craving Sugar a lot but, the whole fruit is helping(added pink salt to the fruit and I liked it{juicy}! My
      Power has kicked the fuck in! I still am staying strict and lifting slow, controlled but I really want to smash the weights fast and hard. I will not! Even though it would feel good! He-he . Watching Arrow; it isn’t bad. Reminds me of a Batman type of character.
      I am researching YK11 to see if it would work synergistically with gh/Aas or against it. Even though it is known as a myostatin inhibitor; it shuts you down like a steroid and has sides; also mentioned pct is needed. So,
      I am on a quest. Id really like to do the receptor grade follistatin 344 at the equivalencies human dosage but that isnt happening because the price is outrageous; even though you take it over a period and never again. Curious cat I am! If anyone happens to get and alert on the powerblocks

Almost every person that contacted me said they noticed a difference while taking 5-15mg.       Well, there is something to be said for supplement, macro/micro, and training experimentation as well. I have good results and use those 3 factors to manipulate myself more than PED’s. Truly. Aas can only do so much. It is time, and hard work. Just takes longer and you have to train a lot more natty: which I respect. Girls love abs!

      Gluthianone study results:

      Treatment with glutathione significantly improved ALT levels. In addition, CAP values were significantly reduced in ALT responders. Our pilot study suggests that oral administration of glutathione supports hepatic metabolism and improves NAFLD. To elucidate the mechanism behind the beneficial effects of glutathione, further studies that examine the incorporation of orally administrated glutathione into the liver and the effects on the host redox system using stable isotope-labeled glutathione and animal models are required. Large-scale clinical trials are necessary to confirm the therapeutic effects of glutathione. I use 2 grams daily

      Tudca study:

      Serum ALT, AST and ALP levels in TUDCA(750mg)group and AST levels in UDCA group were significantly reduced as compared with baseline (P<0.05). Levels were lowered significantly in TUDCA.

      NAC Study:

      N-acetylcysteine can improve liver function in patients with elevated liver enzymes. Better results may be achievable in a longer follow up studies. I use 600mg.
