      I eat 6+ x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

      Upon waking 3iu gh, T4
      *Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.

      Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. 3 servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
      Meal 2- 2 pork tenderloin sriracha sausages ,2 soft boiled eggs, Tri-peppers, water.
      Meal 3- 60g whey isolate w 60g dextrose/waxy maize carb powder shake post training

      Had a great day and weekend filled with Family and Food and Ass!! MAXS Log. Training is great and my tendons/joints feel stronger from all the odd exercises that I have been doing along with deep stretches. This week my main goal is to get my Rack set up and remove ceiling fan as it is in the way and needs to be removed; hoping to install a blower ceiling blower. Hope you had a Great Labor Day!!

      Thank you. Definitely was delicious. A lot of the food I post are family meals and I get some but modify depending if it is a cheat meal/holiday. I logged all my food and learned amounts/cal/oz/ and all the macro/micronutrients growing up in restaurant and home kitchens w my family. So I was making German Pancakes to butchering game to scaling and de-boning fish forever. Competing in sports age 4 : track, gymnastics, soccer, rugby transitioning into bodybuilding by age 12. I took in as much information as I could and concentrated on diet and supplements/peds. I tried every type of food that had to do with performance. It was almost like a DNA imprint or...compulsion to know the secrets to getting muscle, losing and gaining weight, manipulation of my own body. I found out early on how much time was necessary for each sport and I started breaking bones really young; from gymnastics and rugby mainly. I quit all sports and switched to BB. I was trained by the gyms and guys around and still am; I make sure to try all training. It showed me what I can and cannot do. So, I do use measurements for my food! Once I get all of my meats; I portion them and bag 2 servings per ziploc. I do this with my rice and carbs as well. One thing I count but do not weigh is fresh fruit or most vegetables as they cannot make me fat. If I was competing; I hire someone because I cannot do it alone being that I would instinct train and eat. But; I am not competing so I train myself with others. Once a year I hire someone to train me. I want to learn their program and follow it to a T! The rest is up to me. It is a trip; because I find that the more you think you know ; the less open you are to others training/helping. I found that training at the gyms for so long with diverse groups and different styles; I barely have scratched the surface. That is what I like about this lifestyle/sport. You can just keep learning forever because your body changes every couple years. I am no competition bodybuilder. I just build bodies I guess. Long winded eh!

      Yes. I weigh food but I am a good judge eyeballing during the actual cooking part. One thing I have not mastered and probably will take forever is....bakery items! That is a science! Cooking is easy for me; baking....that is entirely another story. I think I’ve made over 5,000 fresh, homemade corn and flour tortillas, gyros, pizza crusts and I still have problems here and there. The mistakes are the best; I somehow turn it into a meal! Lol.

      So u def have been around the active lifestyle since u were able to tie ur shoes. Pretty damn awesome Max. Seems it was pretty much ur destiny and just cut out for it. The food u and ur family produce is incredible. On top of training others and the dedication of time on this board to help us little ppl is appreciated. I just hired a trainer myself as I don’t know what the fuq I’m doing haha in all honesty.

      You have a solid plan and laid out precisely. I’m working on that as I usually wing it. That’s why I hired a trainer myself MAXS Log cuz I am terrible with this shit. But I do love to put the work in. The lifts and cardio. The food prep and knowing what’s going on with my body. The morning mirror doesn’t lie! Lol.

      I was a track and field guy myself. Mostly shot and discus but had a blast. On top of basketball.

      Cool stuff brother. I can learn a lot from ppl like u. And I do MAXS Log.

      Hells Yeah! 100m , first or last leg 400m relay, Running long jump, 200m were my main 4. 200m was too long, I would gas out. I was only good for that explosive 100m and my jumps. Ended up stopping when they kept making me do long distance in practice. My body just does not have it; I get sick, cramp. Must be something to do with my muscle fiber makeup.
      Mostly slow twitch apparently, i definitely am not a distance guy. Just sprints. Lol . Having a trainer is necessary!MAXS Log!

      Fired up and feeling good overall. Definitely learning a lot about new techniques and movement styles. I am wanting to really target stuff I never paid attention to before like, my speed, agility, and gait. Sounds odd but, I was getting stiff and not able to stretch properly when I was a lot heavier. Someone in my family {really young} said “ You walk funny “ . Don’t get me wrong because I cannot wait to hit the weights and bulk! But I am going to integrate Yoga and Pilates into my weekly regimen. Not all the time but seeing as I have an eldest sis that is a yoga master; I may as well take advantage.

      Had a busy day!! It was an off day training but did a helluva lot as far as work and did my cardio and then some. Plus, I got back and my and my Treadmill showed upMAXS Log. Have to do some assembling but only Six parts! Lol.

      Long day yesterday, so I slept midday, hate doing that but; we do what we gotta do. Time zone work is so different but, it is rewarding and meeting new people is very cool. It seems like we are all different and we are; in views and political issues, but we are also the same: we want happiness, prosperity, and to be loved more than we show anyone. It is not a Man or Woman Thing..it is an everyone thing; even the pricks we do not like. The ones who bark and yell the loudest are hurting most. Anyway, I am no philosopher but I saw it yesterday; nothing I can explain but I felt it.
      My rest of today was filled with shopping and prepping food into portions. Fun, fun! Not!! Lol. I see why contractors are always slower than scheduled...They have too many contracts! MAXS Log

      I love watching a detailed log. 1 you put a shit ton of effort into it and 2 it really breaks everything down step by step and paints a nice image of what’s actually going down
