•Test Undecanoate 75mg per week

Lifting Method/Style:
I do light-moderate weight for my first 3 sets and then my 5 rep max for the last two, adding weight close to max on last. I am using a controlled, slower tempo{alone and just enjoying getting perfect form down} to avoid injury, lack of Plate Variety.

I am starting to see equipment online again which is cool...just wish it was what I wanted and at the regular price{which is crazy to pay manufacturer retail}. I am good for now, it is pretty bad when you know huge gym and industry people and even they are waiting on China for their company inventory. Never buy anything 3rd party on amazon, Walmart, and especially EBay. Lol
Shit is getting real!! Have a feeling that a blast may be in the future faster than planned but; Gotta control those urges until the proper time. Had Ahi Tuna and chicken and 96/4 lean beef all day with powders and tons of vegetables and nuts. Kept my carbs below 300g today{low for me considering I had 150g mixed carbs post workout alone!
Checking out a lot of new supplements across this forum. Pretty impressed with some new exciting supps! Sleepy and libido is really high! Random erections, must be gh increasing other things. Oh well. Stay Safe and eat your vegetables!! Lol
