Not at all. Just something that hits the full body. Not targeting small muscle groups or specific ones. Just a good overall program. Definitely want to always be well rounded as far as hitting the major groups. I target stuff now specifically so, more of a traditional but workout that I can do with what’s in that room.

I have chainbelts, adapters, barbell, ez bar, etc.
definitely a mass routine. I will adapt my diet/cardio to stay lean. Just wanna try someone else’s plan.

Out of town and not training. So I will leave a nice hot girl photo!

Great Johnmcc! I was able to blow it up and print. Thanks my man! I definitely wanna get something going new for 2021. Just do totally new 6-12 week programs in between my own. It will definitely jumble up my system. I play with macros and energy so much that sometimes I forget that I need to run or jump! Lol. Appreciate it

I missed this. It was a leftover turkey sandwich on a hot baguette. Fresh made cranberry sauce on one side, mayo on the other, filled w the turkey and double sausage stuffing/dressing, topped off w some gravy! It is basically a knock off of this sandwich I used to get from an Italian Delicatessen in Delaware, called Capriottis . Soo good .

Happy Monday!! My question/quote for the day:
Are you wanting to do a Winter Bulk? Are you are worried about losing your abs, or simply don’t want to do what it takes to gain weight and maximize muscle and strength gains.....??? Then a good mass program won’t work at all. Food is anabolic!! If you under-eat or do not supply the big uptick over your maintenance calories; progress cannot and will not be maximized. Eat smart and eat a lot!! Clean and mean!!
