Nothing wrong with leaving the barbell alone from time to time. Hell I'm 29 and hardly ever do barbell movements to spare my joints. Im still making gainz without it so its not the end all be all people paint it out to be, its just another tool in the toolbox.

You are right. And I've done most of my training without it. But there is something about moving some heavy ass weight around. It's good for my soul and my muscles.

Kinda glad this is my last lift this week. Havent been very pleased with myself. So now that it's done I can focus on a better week next week.
Shoulder warm up with bands
Dips, 4 sets to failure
BB Curls, 2 warm up, 4 working sets.
Reverse Grip Pushdowns, 4 sets
DB Hammer Curls with BFR, 4 sets
Rope Pushdown with BFR, 4 sets
Drag Curls, 4 sets. These are weird to me. First time I've done them

Oh yeah drag curls are interesting. It definitely feels strange pulling back and up and having your elbows way back. But less tension off your front shoulders really focusing on the bicep!
