Got to lift at home today. Good day. Felt stronger than last week. Slept really well last night. From Friday to Sunday night I had only had 5 hours sleep and 2-15 minute naps. But slept 11 hours straight last night. Makes quite the difference.
Ran errands with the wife today and had a little date. That was nice. Felt like I had to reintroduce myself.
Goal macros: 3300 calories, 166 fat, 150 carbs, 300 protein.
Preworkout: Redcon1 Total war and big noise
Post Workout: Redcon1 Ration Chocolate 50 grams protein, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine, 25 grams of clusterbomb.
Gear all from AAS: Divided M-W-F 350 Sustanon, 600 EQ, 300 NPP. Also, 2iu of gh am and 2 IU post workout. Aromasin 12.5 M-W-F. T4 and cialis each morning
