10-10-20 was gonna be a day off but got bored in the hotel.
Worked core and forearms and did cardio at 4mph on the treadmill. Need to work more on the actual cardiovascular side of things. So upping the speed to start and will start varying the cardio exercises.

10-12-20 Back Day
Got to lift at home today. Good day. Felt stronger than last week. Slept really well last night. From Friday to Sunday night I had only had 5 hours sleep and 2-15 minute naps. But slept 11 hours straight last night. Makes quite the difference.
Ran errands with the wife today and had a little date. That was nice. Felt like I had to reintroduce myself.
Goal macros: 3300 calories, 166 fat, 150 carbs, 300 protein.
Preworkout: Redcon1 Total war and big noise
Post Workout: Redcon1 Ration Chocolate 50 grams protein, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine, 25 grams of clusterbomb.
Gear all from AAS: Divided M-W-F 350 Sustanon, 600 EQ, 300 NPP. Also, 2iu of gh am and 2 IU post workout. Aromasin 12.5 M-W-F. T4 and cialis each morning
Vitamins and Supplements: Turmeric 3000mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Magnesium 750mg, Zinc 75mg, Potassium 300, EAA's 4000mg, 81mg Aspirin, Red rice yeast 1200mg with co-Q10 100mg, Milk thistle 750mg, Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg, MSM 1500mg and collagen 300mg, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine 10g, Tudca 250mg, NAC 1800mg, Vitamin D3 5000iu, Cinnamon 1000mg, Garlic extract 3000mg, Hawthorne berry 1695mg, Citrus Bergamot 500mg, and Astralgus extract 2000mg.

Got to workout in my favorite place, the home gym, again. Had another great night sleep. Back to the grind this evening. Looks to be an over night trip.
Shoulder warmup with bands.
BB Floor Press, 1 warm up, 4 sets
DB Incline, 4 sets
DB Incline Flye, 4 sets
BB Seated Shoulder Press, 4 sets
Cable Lateral Raise, 4 sets
Bent-over Lateral Raise followed with Wide Grip Row, 4 sets
And a little core work and posing.
