10-14-20 Just a cardio day. Scheduled day off and in the hotel. So did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Nothing too exciting. Ate well today. And a bit extra.

10-16-20 legs, kind of
Ended up way over sleeping after my 20 hour workday yesterday. Was called to work and only had 20 minutes to spare. So did a quick pump workout. Figured any stimulation was better than none.
Cluster set with 2 minute rest between each of 3 clusters:
Leg Extension, 20 reps
Standing Leg Curl, 15 reps
Leg Press, 20 reps
Rest
Repeat.
Headed to work now.
